Terms of Service!!

By commissioning this artist, I agree. . .

• The artist retains the right to refuse any commission request.• The artist retains the right to post their commission in any shape or form. However, if requested, the piece won't be posted.• TAT will be 7-14 days.• The client may NOT reprint nor reuse the art for commercial use or profit.• The client may NOT draw over, or edit the art to an extreme extent.• The client may NOT use the art provided for NFTs or AI training.• The client may crop or resize the art they receive, however with due credit.• The client may post the art on their social media, however with due credit.The client may request small corrections and changes to the final piece. Larger edits and redraws must be paid for.• Please note that payment MUST be made 50% upfront. The rest must be provided after the commission is finished.• Payment for YCH commissions must be paid 100% upfront.• Payment is only accepted through Paypal or Kofi.• In case of cancellation of commission, upfront payment will NOT be refunded if the artwork has already in progress. However, if the artist has not yet started the commission, the full amount will be refunded.• Discount prices are only valid till 30th of December. Clients providing upfront payment till 30th December will be honored the discounted price even if they receive their commission after.
